Stressed Out Couples
You work and so does your husband and you have a child at home perhaps. You feel stressed out because you do not have a comfortable routine like everyone else. What do you do?

- If you are working in a company that has a recreation centre, be sure you make use of it.
- Games and exercise are very important for you to feel less stressed out.
- For those who are unable to spend time with the spouse, send an SMS or e-mail so that communication flows.
- Arrange small surprises for each other so that you still feel attracted and special.
- Sometimes it is also necessary to get together with other couples so that you understand how they are dealing with stress.
- Then you realise that you are not alone and therefore feel less stressed out!
